The Union of Students (DSR) at AU-IBT is the only student-political organisation at AU-IBT. DSR works to improve the students’ social and professional conditions at AU-IBT and wants to represent the students at AU-IBT in the best possible way.
Thus, DSR is always interested in hearing from students who have ideas or wants to make AU-IBT a better place to study.

At present, DSR has members in AU-IBT’s advisory board, in the student boards, at education meetings and in a number of other committees. Here, we work for the same causes as those discussed in the governing body. It is a great strength to us as students when our representatives in various fora discuss the same issues and work for the same causes. It is one of DSR’s most important tasks to keep this dialogue going.
Election in DSR
Election takes place annually. In accordance with DSR’s regulations, the governing body must consist of:
1 chairman
1 deputy chairman
1 treasurer
4 other members
All students at AU-IBT can run in an election.
